Buyers, now is the perfect time to be looking for that perfect home. There is plenty to choose from, you can negotiate price there is little competition. and rates are moving lower. Why would you wait until the crowds come back, and you have to compete with other buyers?
Selling is tricky - if you don't need to - don't. If you need to sell you have to Prepare, price and, present in such a fashion that buyers have no choice but to choose your home.
